  Today was horrible, called to place an order for pick up not only did I get hung up on, I tried calling back not once not twice but six times! Then I drove up to the place and waited 10 mins just to place my order. There were only two people running the whole place, there wasn't a cashier, they didn't have any change, and the food took forever to arrive. 1 star based on today

  Just good food, good prices, and excellent service. My wife and I stopped here on our way home from vacation. We didn't want fast food or one of the corporate franchise places. We saw this place and took a chance. We were damn glad we did! We both ordered the all you can eat lunch... So much good food on the first plate that we didn't need seconds. We'll be back.

  Probably a 3 1/2 would be a better rating. It is good BBQ probably because there isn't much to choose from in Hawthorne.
